She’s Connected Grant: AT&T’s $50K Boost for Women Entrepreneurs

Access to capital can make or break a business, but for too many women—especially Black women entrepreneurs—it’s still the missing piece. That’s why AT&T’s She’s Connected program is landing like a power move. With a $50,000 grant, a brand-new device, one year of service, and a national spotlight, the initiative goes beyond inspiration and into real investment.

This isn’t a contest for clout. It’s a business opportunity designed to fuel growth.

AT&T is awarding select women-owned businesses with a $50K non-repayable grant. That means no loans, no investor pitch decks, and no strings. Just a serious injection of capital for founders who have already been doing the work. Along with the funding, recipients will receive a full year of service on an AT&T device, along with national visibility through the brand’s She’s Connected platform—a campaign that features bold, entrepreneurial women making an impact across industries.

Eligible applicants must be women based in the United States with fifty or fewer employees. The application requires two short essays—one describing your business and how the grant would help, and another connecting your mission to AT&T’s theme of “Connecting Changes Everything.” Applicants may also submit supporting materials like photos or business registration documents to strengthen their pitch.

This grant matters because it’s timely and intentional. It recognizes that women are not short on ideas or ambition—we’re short on access. And this program provides both funding and visibility, making it possible to scale a business that’s already making moves. With the deadline quickly approaching, the call to action is clear: prepare your story, polish your application, and put yourself in position to receive.

The application portal is now live, and submissions are open through September 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. Selected finalists will be notified in November, with the official announcement of the $50K winner scheduled for December 1.

If you’re building something that matters—and you’re ready for the world to catch up—this is your window.
